This event gives us up to 56 hours of exposure to the community and voters. Approximately 35,000 to 40,000 people attend the county fair each year. Pinal County Republican Committee is in need of 22 volunteers to man the booth. We hare also hoping to get representatives from the Republican Clubs to help out in manning the booth as well. If you are interested in volunteering for the Pinal County Fair booth or a Pinal County Republican Club Representative please contact Barb Manning.

If you are interested in attending Pinal County Board of Supervisors meetings but not able to commute all the way to Florence or perhaps you have missed a meeting in the past. Lincoln Day Luncheon

    Lincoln Day Luncheon

It is that time of year once again. Leaving behind another year of varied victories in the 2014 election year. We are now looking forward to 2016. To do this we must raise funds to be able to continue and gain victories in the county, state, and nationally.

The time is coming for the Pinal County Republican Committee to host it annual Lincoln Day Luncheon. We use this event to annually raise the funds necessary to keep pushing forward. It is also used to acknowledge the hard work being accomplished by the Precinct Committeemen within the Pinal County Republican Committee.

Last year we had great food and great speakers. This year the speakers will be Congressman Paul Gosar and Lilia Dashevsky,Chair of the Arizona Teenage Republicans. They are surely to be just as great speakers this year.Tickets will be $40.00 but if you purchase before January 31, 2015 you will get five raffle tickets upon checking in the day of event.

    Lincoln Day Luncheon

March 1st was the date for the Pinal County Republican Committee’s Lincoln Day Luncheon. This is the occasion the Pinal County Republican Committee uses to raise funds and to recognize the hard work and accomplishments of Precinct Committeemen and volunteers. Missing the Lincoln Day Luncheon is missing a day full of entertainment, food, speakers, and more.

Dr. CT Wright the founder of the provided her performance of the National Anthem and more. Unfortunately I could not catch these on the video.

The first speaker was Ray Torres the President of the Arizona Latino Republican Association. Mr. Torres spoke on Cultural and Political Identity. His discussion addressed Hispanic or Latino traditions that effect their political identity.

Some of Mr. Torres’ talking points were:

     What makes you an American

     Cultural and Political  Identity

     Political Tradition

     What Needs to Change

     Political Competition

     Independents the number two Party

It is not enough to just speak Spanish

     Latino Candidates
